Initiation of Business plan development with Grant Thornton.
Early market presence through demonstrator products and industry engagement.

Stage 3 - Industrial and R&D/Data Centre Readiness
Establishment and operational launch of the R&D/Design Centre.
Qualification of first products, an operational small-scale packaging line, and active engagement with customers and distributors.
Completion of technology transfer, supplier agreements, regulatory readiness, and full preparation for manufacturing kick-off.
Completion of factory Blueprints and ensuring full administrative readiness for construction activities.
Early Marketing supply and availability of the full GSCM product lineup.

Stage 4 - Investment Round: Fab Completion & Operations

Construction and fit-out of the manufacturing facility.
