Ovanes Kasabyan is a versatile executive with extensive experience in project management, IT governance, and corporate leadership across finance, technology, energy, and manufacturing. He has led complex transformations as Executive Chairman and Chief Project Officer, driving operational excellence and innovation.

Currently, he serves as CEO of Green Silicon Carbide Manufacturing JSC, a pioneering company establishing Europe’s first green silicon carbide production facility. Combining advanced technology, strategic partnerships, and sustainability, he is shaping a transformative force in the semiconductor industry.

Asen Asenov is the James Watt Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow and Executive Chairman of Green Silicon Carbide Manufacturing JSC (Bulgaria). He also serves as CEO of Semiwise Ltd. (UK) and Advanced Microelectronics Associates (Bulgaria). Previously, he was the CEO and founder of Gold Standard Simulations Ltd. (UK), a company acquired by Synopsys in 2016.

Professor Asenov has authored and co-authored over 1,000 scientific papers on semiconductor device modelling and simulation, covering topics from advanced CMOS to power electronics. His pioneering work has significantly contributed to the global semiconductor research and development ecosystem.

Dimiter Banov is a seasoned Bulgarian finance executive with over 17 years of experience in financial management and investment banking. He has played a key role in raising private and institutional capital for multiple companies, shaping their pathways toward sustainable growth. Under his financial leadership, these companies have reported rapid revenue growth and improved margins, enabling their expansion not only in the local market but also across borders.

He earned his BA degree in Dickinson, Pennsylvania, followed by an Executive MBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Banking from SDA Bocconi in Italy.

Jen Walls brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, holding operational and managerial roles in equipment, process engineering, process development, and business management. She has successfully led numerous SiC projects and played a key role in the early development of the UK’s silicon carbide sector.

An Engineering and MBA graduate, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner, Jen joined Clas-SiC as Chief Operations Officer before stepping up to the CEO role in January 2024. Under her leadership, the company has secured new equity investment to advance its technology roadmap and support its continued growth. Since June 2025, Jen has been an invaluable member of the Board of Directors of Green Silicon Carbide Manufacturing (GSCM) —licensed to utilize Clas-SiC’s technology. Her deep expertise in SiC manufacturing and strategic insight are instrumental in guiding GSCM’s development and ensuring the long-term success of its green semiconductor initiative.

Valerii Nebesnyi is an inventor and technology leader with a strong track record across renewable energy, semiconductor design, and blockchain infrastructure. He holds multiple granted patents, including advanced wind turbine architectures and semiconductor memory and transmission gate technologies, with additional pending applications in high-efficiency power converter architectures.

He is a co-founder of BitFury, a pioneering blockchain technology company, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and contributed to early custom ASIC development. He is also a co-founder of VoltA Semiconductor, Inc., focused on advanced power semiconductor solutions, where he has contributed to multiple successful silicon tape-outs. In parallel, Valerii founded ANEM Alternative Energy & Manufacturing Ltd., leading the development and successful prototyping of innovative wind turbine technologies.
